These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your relationship with Line & Pixel Creations.

 

2. Products & Production

 

All products are custom-made after the order is placed. We work with third-party print partners:

  • Gelato (for wall art and calendars)

  • Printful (for apparel and accessories)

 

All products are printed on demand and are made to order. Minor variations in color, placement or materials may occur.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

 

  • All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely via payment providers such as Stripe, Bancontact, PayPal, and major credit cards.

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout. No order is processed until payment is completed.

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print partners directly from the nearest available production facility.

  • Production time is typically 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping time depends on destination:

    • Europe: 5–10 business days

    • Outside Europe: 7–20 business days

     

  • Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, holidays, or force majeure.

 

 

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

 

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

“Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

Because all our products are made-to-order, returns are only accepted in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during shipping

  • Incorrect item received

 

For such issues, please contact info@linepixelcreations.be within 14 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and clear photos.

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund if justified.

 

6. Warranty (EU Legal Guarantee)

 

All goods are covered by the 2-year legal warranty under EU law. This applies to:

  • Manufacturing errors

  • Product defects (e.g. print flaws, stitching issues)

 

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling

  • Sizing or personal preference

 

 

7. Return & Refund Policy

 

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

 

This applies to all customers, including outside the EU, unless required by local consumer law. For defective products, please contact us as stated above.

 

8. International Customers

 

We ship worldwide. As an international customer:

  • You are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or local VAT.

  • Check your country’s regulations before ordering.

 

Customers outside the EU (e.g. USA, UK, Canada, etc.) may have different consumer rights, which we aim to respect where applicable.

All designs, photographs, illustrations, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Line & Pixel Creations or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the website without prior written consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (e.g. loss of profit, business interruption, etc.).

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the product.
