Every order is custom-made just for you, printed on demand through our trusted partner. Below you’ll find our estimated delivery times and return guidelines.
Delivery
All products are produced on demand and shipped from the nearest print facility in Europe. You’ll receive a tracking link once your item has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times (Europe)
- Belgium & The Netherlands: 4–7 business days
- France, Germany, Luxembourg: 5–8 business days
- Rest of the EU: 5–10 business days
- UK & Switzerland: 6–9 business days
Shipping times may vary during public holidays or due to customs delays.
Returns
Because our products are printed on demand, we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing or changes of mind. Please check the product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Accepted returns
We only accept returns or send replacements in case of:
- Products damaged during shipping
- Production errors (e.g. misprint, wrong item)
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue via our contact page.
Return shipping
We do not offer return labels. As a small, independent brand, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
